All items must be in the same condition as the items you received, not worn or used, labeled, and in their original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

General return process
1. Initiate return: Please send an email to Arron@yuanxi-supply.com Please attach photos and/or videos of the product and inform us of your order number. Our customer service personnel will determine the eligibility for your return request within 2 working days.
2. Return item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We suggest that you send the return/exchange through a shipping method that provides tracking information and signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and provide a replacement or refund.

If the return is due to our issues (such as incorrect product or quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund;
If the return is due to the buyer's issue (such as not liking/wanting the product, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay for shipping.
No replenishment fee will be charged to consumers when returning goods.

How much diesel does the heater burn per night ?
The tested values range from 0.13 to 0.37L/h. Generally, fuel consumption over 8 hours is between 1.0 and 3L.
What to do if an error code occurs ?
Please refer to the instruction manual for annotated information on error codes. In most cases, you should contact customer service for assistance in resolving the issue. If your attempts to resolve the problem independently are unsuccessful, customer service will provide you with the corresponding replacement parts.
